A signed contract and 50% retainer is required in order to reserve your date. From there, we’ll confirm a location, and I’ll send over any relevant recommendations and guides. We may decide to schedule a phone call planning session if needed.

I’m here to help! With my experience in Banff and knowledge of its most picturesque and romantic settings, I can suggest locations that fit your vision and ensure your proposal is everything you’ve dreamed of. I’ll send a detailed map with the proposal spot marked to make sure we arrive at the same place. 

The most important thing is to wear something comfortable, and that feels like you. Your outfits should also make sense for the setting and weather — layers, shoes, and fabrics that work in the mountains will help you stay comfortable while looking great in photos. If your partner enjoys dressing up, having their nails, hair, or makeup done, make sure to consider that too. To enter Banff National Park, there is an entry fee that can be paid either at the park entrance gate or ahead of time online. The fee varies depending on how many people are with you and the duration of your visit. If you’d like to skip the line, purchasing a pass online before your trip is a convenient option. The entry fee helps maintain the park’s natural beauty and supports conservation efforts. Be sure to have your pass ready to enjoy all the stunning landscapes Banff has to offer!
